- Account & Profile Data. Name, email, username, hashed passwords, preferences, organization memberships, and subscription roles (e.g., admin vs. member).
- Organization & Admin Data. Organization names, identifiers, settings, membership lists, activity logs, and metadata necessary to provide Admin functionality.
- Billing & Payment Data. Payment method tokens, billing addresses, transaction histories, promo code usage, invoices, and other details needed to process monthly or annual subscriptions.

Payments & Third Parties

We retain personal data as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, we may keep limited data for records, fraud prevention, or legal reasons, unless otherwise required to remove it sooner.
