Club and group questions
What kinds of clubs and groups is GolfXI for?
GolfXI is built for private clubs, public courses, leagues, golf groups, corporate outings, charity events, member-guests, Ryder-style events, trips, and organizations that run recurring golf competitions.
Can GolfXI handle custom formats?
Yes. GolfXI is designed around flexible event formats, including individual and team scoring, match play, brackets, flights, skins, custom leaderboards, and multi-round competitions.
Can we print materials from GolfXI?
Yes. GolfXI includes print-design workflows for scorecards, scoreboards, tee sheets, alpha lists, cart signs, bag tags, CTP sheets, participant sheets, event sheets, and custom reports.
Can GolfXI support live clubhouse displays?
Yes. GolfXI includes TV-oriented views for leaderboards, brackets, member-guest events, Ryder-style summaries, Calcutta displays, and other event presentations.
How does pricing work for clubs and groups?
GolfXI is free for groups of up to 200 players, with unlimited events and leagues, live scoring, invites, and guided setup — no card required. Clubs and facilities that need more than 200 players can subscribe to Club Unlimited at $2,000 a year or $200 a month.
Can one event contain multiple rounds, courses, or formats?
Yes. GolfXI supports single-day and multi-round events with round-specific courses, tees, start types, formats, pairings, teams, flights, games, and scoring settings.
How are tees and handicaps handled?
Course and tee context stays tied to the round and player. Organizers can review handicap information, event-specific rules, playing handicaps, and manual adjustments before publishing the scoring experience.
Can players see tee times, pairings, and event details in one place?
Yes. Player-facing event pages can bring together the schedule, course, tee time or start hole, pairing, format, scoring link, messages, and live results for the event.
Does GolfXI work for leagues and recurring groups too?
Yes. GolfXI supports reusable rosters, recurring events, leagues, schedules, points, standings, and season-long competition alongside one-off tournaments and outings.
What changes when an event is already underway?
Organizers retain live operational views for score progress, matches, standings, and event decisions. Changes should be reviewed in context so player scoring, displays, reports, and printed materials stay aligned.
